Role : US talent acquisition

Responsibilities

-Understand ICP of the company requirement and able screen resources daily.

-Data will be provided by the company.

-Must have PPT presentation skills, we have a presentation process to create candidate funnel.

-no camera fear

-must have good knowledge on US visa types

-cross selling for C2C or W-2 requirements.

-good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, English, Marathi, Tamil and Kanada(positive to have)

-able to work on weekly target requirements.

- active LinkedIn accounts is mandatory.

-Able to assist during consultant onboarding process such as paper work.

-convincing skill is priority.

-understanding consultant requirement and Aligning it company requirement is mandatory.





-connecting with Us consulting during off the hours and weekends for bench conversation

-Should have knowledge on H1-Transfer or GC process or OPT employee process.

Experience

-5-6 years of industry exp is mandatory as recruiter or IT recruiters or OPT recruiter or Talent acquisition.

Salary

Variable pay

Base salary : 7.2 Lac CTC

Variable pay: 9.6 lac CTC(performance)
