Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented professional for US Operations / Bench Sales in the US Staffing industry. The candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, building relationships with vendors and clients, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful placements of IT consultants in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients in the US.
- Search requirements from job portals, vendor networks, and mailing lists.
- Match consultants with suitable job opportunities based on skills and client requirements.
- Negotiate rates and maintain healthy margins.
- Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and consultants for submissions and interviews.
- Follow up on interview schedules, feedback, onboarding, and placements.
- Maintain and update consultant profiles, resumes, and marketing trackers.
- Build long-term relationships with vendors and clients.
- Ensure daily submissions and placement targets are achieved.
- Handle documentation and compliance related to consultant onboarding.




- Maintain strong communication with consultants regarding project updates and opportunities.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of the US Staffing and Bench Sales process.
- Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, GC, USC).
- Experience using job portals like:
- Dice
- Monster
- CareerBuilder
- LinkedIn
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Basic understanding of technologies and IT skill sets.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM/ATS tools is an advantage.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MBA, B.Tech, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply (optional depending on requirement).

- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Excellent email drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
