Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based at the Sangeeta Poly Pack Pvt. Ltd. facility in Daman. The selected individual will support daily operations by assisting with basic production activities, handling materials, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area.

Responsibilities may include monitoring machines under supervision, reporting any issues to the supervisor, following safety and quality guidelines, and completing documentation as directed.



The role involves collaborating with colleagues on the shop floor, following instructions from senior staff, and being available for shift work as required.

Qualifications

- Ability to follow operational and safety procedures accurately and consistently.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or factory environments; prior experience in plastics or packaging is an advantage.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, handle materials, and perform routine manual tasks safely.
- Willingness to learn new processes, accept guidance, and work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail in completing assigned tasks.
- Minimum educational qualification at secondary or higher secondary level; vocational or technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Comfort working in on-site, shift-based schedules in Daman.
