Company Description Prayagh Consumer Care is a 25 year old confectionery manufacturing company based in Hyderabad. We have grown from contract manufacturers to having 100+ candies, chocolates and bakery goods under our 3 brands Cintu, Lavian and Whoops.

Now our eyes are firmly set on establishing Prayagh and our 3 brands in the digital space. To join our growing team of young and dynamic individuals of designers and brand strategists, we are on the lookout for a creative, driven, and highly accountable UI/UX developer who can match the innovative and experimental mindset of our brand.

This is a full time role and you will be at the ground floor of our brands phase 2 meaning this can lead to a management position in a year or two.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute high-performing, contemporary, Layout and highly creative websites that go beyond basic templates and conventional designs.

- Take complete ownership of website design projects and independently execute solutions from concept to completion.

- Translate creative ideas and business requirements into engaging, user-friendly, and visually strong digital experiences.

- Work closely with the Design and marketing teams to understand requirements and develop the best possible design solutions.





- Proactively identify challenges and take initiative to find creative and practical solutions.

- Ensure websites are visually appealing, responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.

- Continuously explore new design trends, technologies, layouts, and creative approaches to improve the quality of our digital presence.

- Take accountability for the quality, timelines, and overall execution of assigned projects.

What we're looking for

- 2+ years of relevant experience in Web Design and UI/UX Design.

- Strong UI/UX and Web Design skills with a creative and experimental mindset.

- Someone who can think beyond standard website layouts and bring fresh ideas to the table.

- Good understanding of responsive design, user experience, visual hierarchy, typography, and modern web trends.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating original and creative website/UI work.
