Role: UI/UX Designer

Experience: 8+ Years

Preferred Location: Mumbai/Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: Contract (6 Months)

Job Purpose

Design intuitive, engaging, and accessible cognitive assessment experiences that transform clinical assessments into user-friendly, game-like interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design game interfaces, onboarding journeys, and assessment workflows
- Create wireframes, mockups, design systems, and prototypes
- Define gamification elements, reward systems, and user journeys
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity
- Conduct usability and accessibility reviews
- Design interactive animations and transitions

Mandatory Skills

- Figma (minimum 6 years of experience)
- User-Centered Design
- Mobile UX Design
- Design Systems
- Prototyping
- Interaction Design
- Accessibility Standards
- Wireframing & Mockups

Preferred Skills

- Mobile Game UI Design
