ABOUT THE PRODUCT YOU WILL DESIGN FOR

Clinizy Care (clinizy.in) is a clinic and hospital management platform used by doctors, nursing homes and small hospitals across India: OPD queues, patient records, e-prescriptions, pharmacy stock and GST-compliant billing in one system. It is built by Brynex Labs (brynex.in).

Open clinizy.in before you apply. The people who use this software all day are receptionists, pharmacists and doctors with a waiting room full of patients. They are not designers, they are not patient, and many of them work in Hindi. Designing for them is a real constraint, and it is the most compelling part of this job.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

- Core flows: OPD queue and token, patient registration, prescription writing, pharmacy billing, IPD admission and discharge
- Screens built for speed. Keyboard-first data entry, fewest possible clicks, forgiving of mistakes made in a hurry
- Bilingual interfaces that hold up in both English and Devanagari without the layout breaking
- Dense data views: pharmacy batches and expiry, bed occupancy, day-end collection reports
- Print output clinics actually hand to patients: prescriptions, GST invoices, discharge summaries
- A design system in Figma. Type scale, colour, spacing, components, states
- Marketing site sections, feature illustrations and store assets when we need them

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- A portfolio. Course projects, redesigns, side projects, hackathon work all count. We care how you think, not where it came from




- Comfortable in Figma: components, auto layout, prototypes
- You design for constraints, not for Dribbble. Low-end Android tablets, patchy internet, users in a hurry
- You can explain why you made a choice, not just show the final screen
- Freshers welcome
- Bonus: Hindi or another Indic language, basic HTML and CSS, motion or illustration, any exposure to healthcare or operations-heavy software

This is an unpaid 3-month internship, 15 to 20 hours a week, fully remote. We are an early-stage team building our own product. We are offering real ownership, shipped work and direct mentorship, not a salary. If that trade does not work for you right now, we completely understand.
