Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Travel Consultant role based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home.

The Travel

Consultant will design and customize domestic and international travel itineraries, including college and university tours, adventure trips, and leisure holidays.

Responsibilities include advising customers on destinations, accommodations, transport options, and activities, and creating detailed travel plans aligned with budgets and preferences. The role involves managing reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, and ground transport, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate documentation.

The Travel





Consultant will provide proactive customer service before, during, and after trips, handle changes or disruptions, and maintain updated records in travel management systems.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Arrangements, with the ability to design tailored itineraries for domestic and international trips.
- Experience in Travel Management, including coordination of tours, adventure packages, and group travel logistics.
- Proficiency in handling Reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, and ground transport using relevant booking platforms or GDS tools.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, problem-solving, and managing customer expectations.
- Good knowledge of popular travel destinations, basic visa and documentation requirements, and current travel regulations.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in itineraries and records.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Noida, collaborating with team members both onsite and remotely.
- Preferred: Prior experience in a travel agency or tour operations, and a relevant diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
