Role Description This is a full-time, in office Travel Consultant role based in the Mohali district.

The Travel

Consultant will advise customers on travel options, create customized itineraries, and manage bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing quotes, processing reservations, and coordinating changes or cancellations as needed. The role involves providing responsive customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate travel documentation.

Consultant will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, travel regulations, and supplier offerings to recommend suitable solutions for each traveler’s needs.

Qualifications

- Robust Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills to assess client needs and design appropriate travel solutions.
- Proficiency in organizing Travel Arrangements and managing Reservations using booking systems or GDS tools.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, handle queries, and resolve issues professionally.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple itineraries and deadlines.
- Comfort working with computer-based tools, including travel booking platforms, CRM systems, and standard office software.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district and collaborate effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or tourism-related role is preferred; knowledge of international destinations and basic travel regulations is beneficial.
- Relevant education in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
