Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Bengaluru.

The Travel

Consultant will advise clients on domestic and international travel options, including flight, rail, cruise, and ground transport, and will prepare customized itineraries for leisure and business trips. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling reservations and ticketing, coordinating visa and documentation support,



and arranging tour packages and cab services using the company’s travel technology platforms. The role involves resolving client queries, managing changes or cancellations, and ensuring accurate, timely communication throughout the booking process.

Consultant will work closely with internal teams and travel partners to deliver efficient, customer-focused travel solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to plan and optimize domestic and international journeys.
- Experience handling Travel Arrangements, including flights, rail, accommodation, tours, and ground transport.
- Proficiency in Customer Service, with a focus on clear communication, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
- Hands-on experience with Reservations systems and booking platforms for tickets, hotels, and packages.
- Familiarity with visa processes, travel documentation, and basic travel regulations is beneficial.
- Comfort using travel technology tools, CRM or booking software, and standard office applications.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple bookings, and meet timelines.
- Prior experience in the travel industry and a relevant diploma or degree in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage.
