Role Description This is a full-time, in office Travel Consultant role based in Noida.

The Travel

Consultant will manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including airport transfers, chauffeur services, and activity bookings for B2B clients.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, providing accurate itineraries, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth ground operations. The role involves daily interaction with travel agents and partners, responding to queries, resolving issues,



and offering tailored travel solutions that align with client needs.

The Travel

Consultant will also use Leamigo’s platform and tools to maintain booking accuracy, monitor real-time trip status, and uphold high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and optimize end-to-end travel solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings, itineraries, and amendments efficiently.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to support agents, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with diverse global stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using travel or booking platforms and basic office software; exposure to B2B travel operations is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple bookings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in travel or business is beneficial.
