About The Position

Appointment to Range D requires a valid Professional Engineering License (Civil)



issued by the California Board of Registration for Qualified Engineers.

Under direction of the Area Senior Construction Engineer (a Senior Transportation Engineer), incumbent will perform a wide variety of difficult and complex transportation engineering work. Serves as the licensed professional resident engineer on construction projects. Will assign work, give instructions, make decisions on difficult engineering and administrative problems in connection with directing work on various transportation projects.
