Role Description This internship Trainee role is an on-site position based in Gandhinagar Taluka at Gift City Club. The Trainee will support daily club operations, including assisting with guest services, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring that corporate spaces and lounges are prepared and presentable.

Responsibilities may include helping with check-ins, guiding members to facilities, handling basic administrative tasks, and supporting restaurant and event staff as needed.



The Trainee will also help gather member feedback, contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, and collaborate with the team to uphold service standards aligned with Radisson Individuals’ brand values.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with members, guests, and colleagues.
- Customer service mindset, including a friendly demeanor, patience, and a focus on delivering high-quality guest experiences.
- Basic organizational and administrative skills, such as scheduling assistance, document handling, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar Taluka, adapt to a dynamic hospitality setting, and collaborate in a team setting.
- Interest in hospitality, business clubs, or event management; prior internship or part-time experience in hotels, clubs, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and conduct, with willingness to follow established procedures and service standards.
- Minimum educational qualification at higher secondary or undergraduate level; hospitality, management, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
