As a Trainee in our IT infrastructure department, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills. Your primary focus will be on assisting with tech support tasks and contributing to our infrastructure management strategies.

Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Gain practical experience in configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure components.
- Learn and apply best practices for network administration and security.
- Support the team in implementing and managing Outlook configurations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth IT operations and efficient problem-solving.
- Document and update knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to discussions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients.
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the IT infrastructure team leads.

Qualifications

- A degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Tech Support Engineer or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
- Good knowledge of basic IT infrastructure components and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Outlook configuration and email management is desirable.
