Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end performance testing activities including planning, scripting, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

- Define and implement performance test strategy, frameworks, and best practices across projects.

- Design and execute load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability tests using NeoLoad.

- Analyze Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and translate them into performance test scenarios.

- Identify system bottlenecks across application, database, network, and infrastructure layers.

- Work closely with Dev, DevOps, Architecture, and Business teams to resolve performance issues.

- Integrate NeoLoad with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).

- Perform capacity planning, workload modeling, and volumetric analysis.

- Prepare detailed performance test reports and dashboards with insights and recommendations.





- Mentor and guide junior performance testers.

- Participate in performance sign-off and go-live readiness.

Mandatory Skills

- 12+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in Performance Testing.

- Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad (Must-Have).

- Expertise in Load, Stress, Endurance, and Spike testing.

- Strong knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, REST, SOAP, and Microservices architecture.

- Experience in performance monitoring tools: AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Current Relic, Grafana, or similar.

- Excellent skills in bottleneck analysis and performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience in distributed test execution.

- Strong understanding of JVM, Garbage Collection, and Threading concepts.
