Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to develop and expand our business across the North Region. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical sales background in Power Electronics, Electrical Products, Industrial Automation, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities across North India.
- Generate sales from OEMs, System Integrators, Panel Builders, and Industrial Customers.
- Promote AC-DC Converters, DC-DC Converters, SMPS, and customized power solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Appoint and manage distributors/channel partners.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.




- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Customer Support teams for smooth project execution.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Technical Sales.
- Experience in Power Electronics, Industrial Automation, Power Supplies, SMPS, or Renewable Energy will be preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willing to travel across North India.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
