Role Description The Vendor Relations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with vendors, including onboarding, documentation, and contract compliance. The associate will coordinate service delivery,



track vendor performance against agreed metrics, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure smooth operations. They will collaborate with internal teams such as finance, operations, and technology to streamline vendor processes and support business objectives. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, preparing regular reports, and contributing to process improvements in vendor management.

Purpose of the Role
This role is responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with data and service vendors that support risk decisioning, customer onboarding, and credit assessment. The individual will drive vendor evaluation, testing, and commercial optimization to strengthen risk capabilities and customer experience.
