Looking for an experienced HR professional with strong exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, Indian labour laws & manager enablement in a global business environment.

Key requirements:
7+ years of relevant experience




Hands-on experience with Indian statutory compliance and labour laws
Prior GCC / MNC experience
Strong enterprise stakeholder management and process improvement mindset
Work from office role with overlap required with US business hours

JOB SUMMARY:

The HRBP supports the delivery of core HR programs and employee lifecycle processes aligned to business needs. This role partners closely with managers to ensure consistent execution of HR practices, high-quality employee experience, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Operating within a globally integrated HR model, this role balances operational excellence with continuous improvement, applying systems thinking to enhance HR processes, enable managers, and contribute to the evolution of a scalable, service-oriented HR function.
