From its beginnings selling mutton curry rolls from a car near Powai lake, the brand has grown into a beloved street-food staple known for its freshly prepared rolls, rich Indian gravies, and signature secret masala. Tibb’s Frankie is looking for a hands-on Procurement & Supply Chain professional to help build the next generation of systems behind one of India’s most iconic food brands.
This is not a conventional purchasing role.
We are looking for someone who has worked in a structured food, FMCG,



QSR or food-manufacturing workplace and understands how world-class procurement actually works—from specifications and vendor governance to food costing, yields, inventory controls and SOP implementation.

What you will own
Build and strengthen procurement governance across our Central Kitchen and outlet network.
Standardise purchase processes, specifications, approval systems and SOPs.
Drive food cost, yield, wastage and purchase variance control.
Build vendor evaluation, compliance and performance systems.
Strengthen material masters, receiving controls and quality specifications.
Identify cost leakages and drive measurable savings without compromising product quality.
Work cross-functionally with Operations, Production, Finance, QA and Store teams.
Build dashboards, audit systems and controls that can scale with the brand.
