Key Responsibilities
• Prepare estimates and BOQs for carpentry, modular, furniture and interior works.
• Calculate material quantities, hardware, labour and installation costs.
• Estimate civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, stone, painting and other interior works.
• Study 2D/3D drawings, BOQs and site measurements and identify scope gaps.
• Obtain, compare and validate vendor quotations and market rates.
• Coordinate with Design, Sales, Procurement, Production and Project Management teams.
• Identify cost risks, missing items and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare final project costing for management approval. Estimation Workflow Drawings / BOQ → Quantity Take-Off → Material & Hardware Cost → Vendor Quotes → Labour & Installation → Rate Validation → Final Costing → Approval

Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years in interior estimation, fit-out or construction costing. Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, civil costing, furniture/modular costing, materials and hardware. Valuable Excel / Google Sheets skills; AutoCAD knowledge preferred. Reporting: Operations Manager / Project Head
