About The Job

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Work with the External & Inside Sales teams to meet and where possible exceed the customer’s

Requirements/expectations, Which Includes





Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services, specifically Evaporation Systems & Technologies.
Analyze and understand market insights and the customers’ buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business unit WIFH (Water, Industrial Flow & Heat) and Food & Pharma division strategy and targets.
Be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions, but including some visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivery the value of our products and services,
Develop complex and value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up,
Understand customer needs and offer solutions with customer values
Actively follow up the quote to understand if the proposed value is transparent and if it matches the customer needs.
Provide direct support to customers during the quotation process with advanced technical support (including sizing & sele
