Role Description The Senior Account Manager role at S TIER India is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Senior Account Manager will oversee key client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for brands and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client objectives,



briefing creative and production teams, managing campaign timelines, and monitoring project progress to deliver high-quality work on schedule. The role involves developing account plans, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating across marketing, social media, influencer, and production functions, and ensuring campaigns align with client goals and S TIER’s standards. The Senior Account Manager will also prepare reports, track performance metrics, manage budgets, and contribute to strategic presentations and pitches.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in account management, client servicing, or project management within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.
Robust skills in communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building, with the ability to manage multiple clients and complex projects.
Understanding of digital marketing, social media, influence
