NextGen Identity is looking for a Cloud Security Engineer with strong AWS, Kubernetes/EKS and CI/CD experience.
? Key Responsibilities
Configure and secure AWS infrastructure and Amazon EKS environments.
Implement highly available and secure container platforms.
Manage secure container builds, including hardened container images.
Work with Amazon ECR and Amazon Inspector.
Identify and manage vulnerabilities in open-source components.
Implement EKS logging and monitoring using Container Insights and dashboards.
Integrate EKS logs with Elasticsearch and SIEM/syslog platforms.
Design and maintain secure GitHub Cloud CI/CD pipelines.
Enable controlled and phased container deployments, including canary releases.




Support integration with open-source security and platform tooling.
? Required Skills
Solid AWS security experience.
Hands-on experience with Amazon EKS / Kubernetes.
Experience with containers and container security.
Experience with CI/CD and GitHub Actions/GitHub Cloud.
Knowledge of AWS ECR and Amazon Inspector.
Experience with logging, monitoring and SIEM integration.
Understanding of open-source security and vulnerabilities.
