Role Description The Co-Founder (With Investment) role is a full-time remote position focused on driving LocalButcher’s growth and strategic direction. Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping business strategy, overseeing operations, and collaborating on product and technology decisions to enhance the customer experience. The Co-Founder will lead business development efforts, build partnerships with local butcher shops, and contribute to marketing and sales initiatives to grow market presence.



This role also involves monitoring key performance metrics, conducting market research, and making data-informed decisions to scale the company sustainably. The ideal candidate is prepared to contribute capital, take ownership of core business functions, and work closely with the founding team to build and refine the brand.

We're looking for an entrepreneurial Co-Founder who is willing to invest capital as well as actively build the company.
This is not a passive investor position. The ideal person should be willing to take ownership, work alongside the founder, make decisions, solve operational problems and help scale LocalButcher across Hyderabad and eventually other cities.
