Role Description The Sales Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruchirappalli. This role involves partnering with sales leadership to manage hiring, onboarding, and performance processes for the sales team, ensuring staffing levels align with business targets.



Daily tasks include developing and implementing HR policies for sales personnel, administering employee benefits, and supporting manager–employee relations. The role also includes maintaining accurate personnel records, coordinating training and development programs for sales staff, and assisting with sales incentive plans and compliance with company standards and local regulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is required to support a positive workplace culture and optimize sales workforce productivity.
Qualifications
