We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive with minimum 2 years of proven experience in an IT service-based company. The candidate must have a solid understanding of IT services and the ability to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
· Generate and qualify leads specifically for IT services
· Promote and sell services including:
o Web Design
o Web Development
o Digital Marketing
o Graphic Design
o Mobile App Development

· Identify client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
· Prepare proposals, pricing, and close deals efficiently
· Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
· Build and maintain long-term client relationships




· Work closely with technical and creative teams for successful project delivery
· Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
· Explore new markets and business opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT service-based company (Mandatory)
· Strong knowledge of IT services including web, mobile, and digital solutions
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Proven track record in lead generation and sales conversion
· Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients
· Experience in handling domestic/international clients is a plus
· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
