About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and dependable HR Generalist with 2–4 years of relevant HR experience to manage and support the day-to-day HR operations of our growing company.

This role is suited to someone who already understands core HR processes and can work independently with limited supervision. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling employee administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding, payroll inputs, leave management, employee relations, and HR documentation in a fast-paced startup workplace.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day HR administration and employee lifecycle activities.
* Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer preparation.
* Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters, salary certificates, and other HR documents.
* Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR system data.
* Track probation periods, contract renewals, leave balances,



attendance, and other employee-related deadlines.
* Prepare and verify HR inputs required for monthly payroll.
* Respond to employee HR queries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
* Support managers with probation reviews, performance reviews, and employee documentation.
* Assist with employee relations matters and escalate more complex issues when required.
* Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, templates, and employee handbooks.
* Coordinate employee engagement activities, internal communications, and company events.
* Support training and development initiatives.
* Prepare basic HR reports and employee data for management.
* Ensure HR documentation and processes are aligned with applicable labor laws and company policies.
