Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding for India and UAE
Understand manpower requirements from respective department heads and managers.
Prepare and maintain recruitment plans based on approved manpower requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, recruitment agencies, and other appropriate channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary and other employment terms within approved company guidelines.
Coordinate offer release and joining formalities.
Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and provide regular recruitment status reports.
Ensure vacancies are closed within the required timelines.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for frequently required positions.
Develop and maintain a candidate database for future hiring requirements.




Coordinate background verification and required pre-employment documentation.
Work closely with HR and concerned departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
Monitor recruitment sources and evaluate their effectiveness.
Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns when required.
Ensure recruitment activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
