About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts with strong exposure to real estate, construction or infrastructure to lead and manage the financial and accounting functions across our projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project accounting, taxation,



statutory compliance, MIS, financial reporting, budgeting and cash-flow management.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations
✅ Maintain project-wise accounts, budgets and expenditure tracking
✅ Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements and management reports
✅ Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances
✅ Manage bank reconciliations, vendor payments and customer receivables
✅ Monitor project costs and cash flows
✅ Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and regulatory authorities
✅ Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial control processes
✅ Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies
What You Bring
? B.Com / M.Com / CA / CMA / CA Inter or equivalent
? 8–15 years of experience in accounting & finance
?️ Experience in real estate / construction / infrastructure preferred
? Strong proficien
