Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counsellor role based in Jaipur. The Admission Counsellor will guide prospective students and their families through the admission process,



including providing detailed information about pilot training programs, entry requirements, course structures, and career pathways. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, conducting counselling sessions, organizing campus visits, and maintaining accurate records of leads and admissions. The role involves coordinating with training and administration teams, supporting admission events and outreach activities, and following up with applicants to ensure a smooth enrolment experience. The Admission Counsellor will also contribute to improving counselling processes, promoting the academy’s offerings, and upholding a student-first approach.
Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in sales
Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students, families, and colleagues.
