We are seeking an Lead Forward Deployment Engineer to join our Business Systems team. In this role, you will design, develop, implement, and support business process automation, system integrations, workflow orchestration, and cutting-edge technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

You will work directly with business stakeholders, customers, product teams, and engineering teams to understand challenges, identify opportunities,



and deliver scalable solutions through integrations, automation, cloud technologies, and custom applications. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, customer-facing experience, problem-solving ability, and a passion for innovation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Partner with business and technical teams to understand challenges, gather requirements, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend scalable technology solutions.
Design, develop, and support enterprise integrations across internal systems, cloud platforms, databases, Salesforce, ServiceNow, third-party applications, and APIs.
Drive automation and process optimization initiatives by identifying manual or repetitive activities and implementing workflow orchestration and automation solutions.
Develop innovative technology solutions that improve productivity, operational efficiency, system reliability, and data accessibility
