Trendy Traders Academy is a stock-market education company focused on making trading and investing education practical, accessible and engaging.We are looking for a hands-on Content Lead who can build a consistent, high-performing content engine across Instagram, YouTube and other relevant digital platforms.

Role Overview
The Content Lead will own the complete content process—from strategy and ideation to scripting, shooting and coordinating with the video editor.This is not simply a social-media posting role. The person will be responsible for creating content that improves reach, builds authority, grows the audience and generates qualified leads for the academy.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy
Develop monthly and weekly content plans aligned with business and enrolment goals.
Identify relevant content pillars,



recurring series and campaign opportunities.
Research market trends, audience questions, competitors and platform-native formats.
Convert educational topics into engaging and easily understandable content.
Build a healthy mix of educational, authority-building, community and lead-generation content.

Content Development
Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, talking points and shot lists.
Plan and conduct video shoots with founders, mentors, students and other contributors.
Ensure proper framing, lighting, sound and overall production quality.
Repurpose long-form recordings into Reels, Shorts, clips and other social formats.
Maintain an organised library of footage, scripts and published content.

Editing Coordination
Prepare clear briefs for the video editor.
Select footage and communicate the required structure, pacing, captions, graphics and references.
Review drafts and provide specific, actionable feedback.
