Role Description The Human Resources Talent Acquisition intern will support the HR team in identifying, attracting,



and engaging potential candidates for various roles and internship programs. This internship role is hybrid, based in Firozpur, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, updating applicant databases, coordinating interviews, and assisting in communication with prospective interns and employees. The intern will help in maintaining recruitment records, supporting onboarding activities, and contributing to employer branding initiatives aimed at student and early-career talent. This role offers exposure to real-world HR practices, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and opportunities to learn about talent pipelines in an EdTech setting.
Qualifications
Foundational Human Resources (HR) knowledge, with an interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
