Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Coimbatore.



The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for the organization. Daily responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing payroll and benefits in coordination with finance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements relevant to NBFC operations. The role involves supporting leadership with workforce planning, training and development initiatives, and succession planning, as well as handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in a fair and consistent manner. The Human Resources Manager will also contribute to building an inclusive workplace culture, optimizing HR processes, and aligning people practices with the company’s strategic objectives.
