Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our IT products and services. The ideal candidate will have robust communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand client requirements in the IT domain.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT products/services/solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients




Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions (CRM)
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions
Follow up with clients for feedback, renewals, and upselling opportunities
Prepare periodic sales reports for management review

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
0–1 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT/software/services industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of IT products, software solutions, or services is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
