Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Delhi, India. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a solid sales pipeline for Sheer India’s digital security products. Responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospective clients, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and managing negotiations to close deals.



The role also involves maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and tracking performance metrics to meet sales targets. The successful candidate will represent Sheer India at client meetings, events, and industry forums to expand the brand’s presence and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Qualifications
Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to create and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Sound understanding of Business and commercial acumen, including basic sales planning and market analysis.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client interaction.
Experience in Account Management, with the ability to nurture long-term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
