Compensation Range –Based On Current Salary And Experience

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday
2nd and 4th Saturday Off
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Work from Office – Bangalore (it is mix of office and field work)

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager – Procurement with robust experience in co-working spaces, managed offices, or corporate interior fit-outs. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end procurement operations, optimize vendor partnerships, and ensure cost-effective sourcing without compromising on quality,



timelines, and compliance standards.

This role requires hands-on execution capability along with strategic vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Procurement Management
Manage procurement of materials, services, and operational requirements for co working and managed office spaces.
Source items such as furniture (workstations, chairs, meeting pods), MEP materials, HVAC, electrical fixtures, flooring, ceiling systems, partitions, IT/networking materials, signage, security systems, and facility supplies.
Ensure alignment with project BOQs and technical specifications.
Vendor Identification & Management
Identify, evaluate, on board, and maintain a strong vendor database.
Conduct vendor negotiations for best pricing, payment terms, and service-level agreements.
Monitor vendor performance through quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
