Job Purpose:

To drive product marketing strategies for luxury residential developments by understanding customer preferences, market trends, and competitive offerings. The role is responsible for developing compelling product concepts, creating go-to-market strategies, managing integrated marketing campaigns, supporting project launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize brand visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Market Research




Conduct market research to understand customer profiles, buying behaviour, lifestyle preferences and evolving expectations within the luxury residential segment.
Analyse competitor projects, market trends, neighbourhood developments, infrastructure, pricing and customer offerings to identify market opportunities.
Partner with Design and Projects teams to evaluate market feasibility and develop differentiated product concepts.
Develop concept presentations, positioning documents and business cases to support product development and decision-making.
Work with Design Consultants and internal stakeholders on product concept finalization, detailing and budget considerations.
Identify emerging customer and market trends and translate insights into actionable product and marketing strategies.
