Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Trainer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs aimed at
enhancing the performance and effectiveness of our sales team. This role plays a critical part in
driving sales excellence and aligning learning initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for onboarding and upskilling
sales staff.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.
• Create engaging training materials including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.




• Deliver training sessions through various formats such as workshops, seminars, and one-on-
one coaching.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align training content with organizational goals.
• Stay updated on sales methodologies, market trends, and EdTech best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to reinforce learning and ensure skill application.
• Maintain detailed training records and prepare periodic training reports.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales training or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of sales processes, strategies, and tools.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience of learners.
