Role Description The Performance Marketer Expert role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to drive customer acquisition,



retention, and revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid advertising campaigns (such as Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms), conducting A/B tests on creatives and audiences, and monitoring key performance metrics like ROAS, CPC, and CPA. The Performance Marketer Expert will collaborate closely with design, web development, and social media teams to align campaign strategies with landing pages, content, and brand messaging. The role also involves analyzing campaign data, generating reports, presenting insights to clients and internal stakeholders, and continuously refining strategies to improve performance and scalability.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in performance marketing, including campaign setup, optimization, and scaling across platforms such as Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media channels.
