? *We’re Hiring | Senior Tender Manager

We are looking for an experienced Head-Tendering to take ownership of our tendering and bid management function.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing the complete tender lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and analysing tender requirements to preparing, coordinating, and submitting competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end tender management and bid submission
- Analyse tender documents, eligibility criteria,



scope of work and commercial requirements
- Coordinate with technical, commercial, finance and operations teams
- Prepare and review technical and commercial tender documentation
- Ensure complete compliance with tender requirements and submission timelines
- Manage pre-bid queries, clarifications, amendments and negotiations
- Track tender opportunities and maintain tender databases and records
- Support management in bid strategy, pricing and decision-making
- Monitor tender outcomes and maintain post-submission documentation

Candidate Profile

- 7-10 years of experience in Tendering / Bid Management / Contracts
- Robust knowledge of tendering and bidding procedures
- Preference in power sector and coal sector, bidding handling expert
- Excellent documentation and coordination skills and thorough knowledge in handling GEM pportal
- Strong analytical and commercial understanding
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Pre-tender and post tender documentation
