Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join the Samsung Process. The role involves handling customer interactions, understanding customer requirements, providing appropriate assistance, and supporting Telesales activities by promoting relevant products/services and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Requirements

- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with zero grammatical errors and no MTI.
- Versant Score: Candidates must score 5 or 6 only.
- Strong customer handling, communication, and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and contribute to sales opportunities.





Salary

- Freshers: ₹22,000 In-Hand
- Experienced Candidates: ₹25,000 In-Hand

Work Schedule

- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Offs
- Shift Duration: 10.5 hours

Shift Details

- For Mal Candidates: Rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- For Femal Candidates: Rotational day shifts only.

Training Period : 10–15 Days Interview Mode : Virtual Interview and Face-to-Face Interview Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are encouraged to apply.
