Position: Telecaller / Team Leader Process: Tamil Voice Process ( loan ) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Location: Egmore Fixed Salary: For Telecallers : 13,000/- to 20,000/- per month incentives For TL : 21000/- to 25000/- per month incentives Job Summary : We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our Tamil Voice Process team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing accurate information, resolving queries, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in Tamil.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Explain products, services, offers, or processes to customers.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and performance targets.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team.
- Follow company policies, call quality standards, and processes.

Requirements

- Tamil speaking is mandatory.




- Good verbal communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic communication skills in English are preferred.
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Voice Process is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.

Note : Experience in loan & insurance sector will be added advantage Preferred Skills :
