Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecalling role based in Indore. The position involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to explain loan and mortgage products, assess basic eligibility, and generate leads for the sales and advisory teams. The role includes responding to inbound inquiries, providing transparent and accurate information on interest rates, documentation, and process steps,



and updating customer records in internal systems.

Telecallers will follow scripted and compliant communication guidelines, coordinate with relationship managers to schedule appointments or follow-ups, and support overall customer service quality. The role requires meeting daily calling targets, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a explicit and confident telephone presence.
- Customer service and relationship-building capabilities, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of loans, mortgages, and financial products, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfort with target-oriented work environments and meeting daily/weekly calling and conversion goals.
- Minimum high bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in telecalling, financial services sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English and local/regional languages commonly used in Indore is beneficial.
