Role Description This is a full-time Telemarketer role in a hybrid work setup, based in Thane, with some flexibility for working from home. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introduce company offerings, and generate interest in products or services. Daily responsibilities include explaining key features and perks, handling basic inquiries, and capturing accurate customer information in the system.

The role involves scheduling appointments or follow-up calls, updating call logs, and sharing feedback from customers with the team.



The Telemarketer will work closely with sales and customer service colleagues to support lead generation, improve conversion rates, and maintain a professional brand image on every call.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage with diverse customers confidently and clearly.
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and basic follow-up coordination to ensure timely customer interactions.
- Customer Service skills to respond to questions, address concerns, and provide a positive caller experience.
- Sales skills to identify needs, present solutions effectively, and support lead conversion and revenue growth.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and meet daily call and performance targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with telecalling software or CRM tools.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
