We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and target-oriented Telecaller to join our clinic team.

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1–2 years

Employment: Full-time( on-site)

Salary: 15-20K

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with recent patient enquiries
- Understand patient requirements and provide basic information about the clinic/services
- Convert enquiries into appointments
- Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows
- Follow up with interested and pending leads
- Reconnect with inactive/old patients
- Maintain accurate lead and patient information in the CRM
- Update call outcomes, follow-up dates and appointment status
- Coordinate with the front desk and clinic team
- Maintain a professional, polite and empathetic communication style

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills
- Telugu + English proficiency preferred
- Hindi is an added advantage
- Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone




- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge
- Ability to follow up consistently
- Goal-oriented with a patient-first approach
