Job Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Dial potential customers from provided data lists or leads to pitch financial services like personal, business, or home loans. · Product Pitching: Explain loan terms, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment options clearly to clients. · Lead Qualification: Assess customer requirements and filter responsible prospects from raw data. · Documentation Support: Coordinate with clients and internal operations teams to collect, verify, and process necessary KYC and financial documents. · Data Management: Update daily call statuses, lead progress, and customer remarks accurately in the Excel sheets. · Target Achievement: Meet defined daily call quotas, lead conversions, or loan application submission targets.
