Qualification: Graduate in any discipline OR 12th from English medium

Experience: 1 to 3 Years in Tele sales activities, Good English communication skill, Customer relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, social media, bulk email, WhatsApp campaigns and corporate telecalling.

Identify and connect with corporate decision-makers and potential customers.

Qualify and nurture leads by verifying customer/company information and requirements.

Understand customer needs and identify bottlenecks, challenges and inefficiencies in traditional working processes.

Explain relevant software solutions and communicate their business advantages and value.

Arrange and coordinate software/product demos with prospective customers.

Conduct timely customer follow-ups through calls, email and WhatsApp.





Prepare/share quotations and proposals and coordinate order processing.

Maintain accurate CRM records, lead status and sales reports.

Build strong customer relationships and generate references/referrals.

Achieve assigned lead generation, demo, conversion and sales targets.

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation and sales conversion ability.

Good knowledge of LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp lead generation.

Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.

Target-oriented, confident, proactive and self-motivated.

Experience in B2B / IT Software / SaaS sales will be preferred.
