At Prastut Consulting, we’re looking for a confident and articulate Tele-Researcher to join our Gurgaon team and contribute to meaningful market research projects.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct telephonic interviews with respondents
- Engage with participants and gather meaningful insights
- Follow research questionnaires and project guidelines
- Accurately record responses and maintain call details
- Work closely with the research team to meet project requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Strong English communication skills
- Valuable interpersonal and listening skills
- Confidence in speaking with respondents over the phone
- Basic computer & MS Excel knowledge
- Prior tele-calling/research experience is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
