Sales Executive :-

- Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and needs.

- Explain features, quality, and pricing of jewellery products.

- Upsell and cross-sell products to achieve sales targets.

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries or complaints.

- Handle billing, payments, and invoice generation.

- Maintain store displays and ensure products are well-presented.

- Track inventory, stock levels, and assist in restocking.

- Follow up with potential customers to encourage purchases.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales goals.
