Telecaller Executive – B2B

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About Capital Cure Insurance

We are looking for a Telecaller Executive who can connect with existing and potential insurance partners, build relationships, and drive agent activation and business engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1.Make outbound calls to insurance agents potential business partners.

2.Reconnect with inactive agents and encourage them to restart their business with Capital Cure Insurance.

3.Contact new prospects and explain our business model, products, services, and partner benefits.

4.Generate interest and identify potential business opportunities through calls.

5.Follow up regularly with interested prospects and existing partners.

6.Assist agents during the onboarding and activation process.

7.Maintain solid and professional relationships with insurance partners.





8.Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for smooth partner activation.

9.Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and agent activity.

- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and activation targets.

Eligibility

*Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

*Freshers are welcome to apply.

*Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

*Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets.

*Comfortable making outbound calls and handling regular follow-ups.

*Candidates with telecalling, sales, insurance, or B2B experience will be preferred.
